Local
ceramacist Kala Stein makes her Finger Lakes Tiles in small batch
editions. They celebrate this unique region where, the artist
says, "I grew up and have enjoyed romping around the hills,
valleys, and lakes all my life."
Each of
the areas eleven lakes is labeled, and all are accurate in
scale and shape: Conesus, Hemlock, Canadice, Honeoye, Canandaigua,
Keuka, Seneca, Cayuga, Owasco, Skeaneateles, and Otisco.
The tile is 6"
x 8" and comes with the foldable wooden easel.
